the past three days have been filled with fun, boredom, highs and exhaustion.

orientation week.

the first day a conspicuous group of pretty girls in sky blue could be found loitering outside the school gate, especially prominent since the mgs girls in particular fit in well with the acsi uniform.

when we finally gathered up enough courage to walk in, we were separated into our various ogs. tanya was with me. and i had a pleasant surprise when my pri 2 exclassmate walked into Ruth, my class for the time being. Luke didnt recognise me til after two long seconds had passed though.

my first chapel and i regret to say i fell asleep during the prolonged address from our revered Dr. Ong. that droning voice could send a pilot crashing his plane if he was listening to the radio in the air cos he fell asleep. the rooms are so freaking cold. advantages of this is that it helps increase your metabolism rate so you could probably lose a few pounds by the end of the year, and also you'd probably be too cold to fall asleep.

the mass dance! that i can't remember the steps to but it's great fun anyway.

during icebreakers some extremely privileged people had to go onstage to do forfeit. a game called honey if you love me, please smile (: but because the two girls were sc year sixers, they were sent offstage and new girls had to be picked. one of the acsi guys said he wanted an sc girl. and then REKHA, was introduced as student council vice president, and as a former sc girl. i just knew what was coming after that.

yes she was supposed to pick a junior. and all the people around me were pointing at me. i just refused to look at that evil person. but then out of the corner of my eye i saw her coming. nuggets.

being the gentlewoman she is, she helped me up. i hope you can sense the sarcasm.

she got what she deserved after that. a nice, hard SMACK on her pretty little ass. i heard a collective groan from the guys who felt her pain.

but yeah i went up on stage anyway and had two guys propose to me. the first was an acsi guy who sent me into fits of laughter cos he started singing to me. he went away triumphant but HUMMPH. unfair advantage cos you're only supposed to plead, honey if you love me please smile and nothing else. so i fell in love obviously.

i managed to resist the charms of the second guy though. he went away mock angry.

TEEHEE

second day. amazing race round town and suntec. made to do stupid stuff like duckwalking around that circle fountain thingy ohgosh i forgot the name but its at suntec. yeah, i dont know why i was cooperating with the OGLs in the destruction of my knee joints. it was so tiring i fell asleep on the bus halfway through the race hah.

third day. emotionally wrecking as it was the end of orientation week. ah, the drama queen speaks (:

discipline briefings are the funnest. i felt a slight shame though because one of the FOUR deputy principals we have started talking about how SCGS has strict rules on colours of hair ties - black navy blue white, and i was wearing yellow. oops =/

talking about bullying and its demerit points,
guys, dont beat up guys. girls don't beat up guys.

MMHMM. nods! =D

there was a telematch in which someone ruffled my hair with hair gell and made it all hard and i just want to stab him whoever he is.

then there was break time which we spent talking to the guys in our og and yeah man they're alot friendlier now yay.

dinner in which the food was simple but good. it sorta reminded me of prom night but waay more fun. prom was kinda boring except for the band =D yep performances, which included one by the ogls and ohmy debbie's extremely talented =) great voice! and nice guitaring.

at the end there was a photo presentation and i was up there a coupla times. i want picturesssss.

and i need to learn the school song. it's rather nice (:

yay orientation! & im still not done with my grad post =/

happy birthday joy <3
