ytd pearlyn was suaning me about my CHILDCARE CAREER ambition! ahahaha. she says that the kids will end up taking care of me. and ehui added that when its gonna be naptime, i wont be the one chasing kids to sleep, but i'll be whining "can we go to sleep nowwwwwww?" SHEESH.

heyhey dont look down on childcare jobs! fine they may be low-paying, and its not like you can get promoted. unless you wanna start the next pat's school house. but then again, its really dangerous cos the birthrate will continue declining until the next dragon year.

but children are great shining examples for us to follow! like when the disciples were arguing about who was the greatest among them, Jesus told them that, "If anyone wants to be first, he must be the very last, and the servant of all."

and, Mark 9:37

"Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me does not welcome me but the one who sent me."

SEE? very important job indeed!

i found it really interesting that, quote daily bread, "The disciples were guilty of pride and self-importance in their desire to serve Jesus, but it was through weakness and defeat that Jesus gained the ultimate victory over sin and death." children are the ultimate examples of the powerless, the vulnerable and the weak. im thinking child-like faith.

this also reminds me of Ying-ying in the Joy Luck Club, my lit book.

ironically, though she might appear to be the weak one to Saint, she was the stronger one, and in control of their relationship. nice huh? in the end, she was the winner (:
