new coach came for one session with us, her first and her last.found out on mon that she's trng mgs 3times a week and has a kid at home, so she cant commit to trng us.so im wondering whytheheck did you even bother coming for the first trng coz she was good lah.SIGH.raise my hopes for nothing.and scnetball is sososo slack now.we feel we havent been really good seniors, and keeping the standard up, coz i think we keep comparing ourselves to previous years and how they were coming for nb once a week right after tourns.

ytd was 4by4.and predicting the weather, i prayed that if it rains, RAIN THE HEAVENS, or else keep the track dry.coz during pe when we were practicing track starts mr ang said he hoped it'd rain to teach me a lesson to wear my spikes -.- whatever man hes evil.i was pretty nervous, considering this is my first race after my fall from grace (: put it in a nice way.haha.but yeah we won.and this year the relay points has been doubled, so we got 18 points just from that race :D carrie got 4th for 200.but actl i wasnt really watching and cheering her :( sorry.

highlight was em and denyse's race for the finish.they ran slower and coz i wasnt standing at the starting line so i wasnt sure who reached first.but yeah it was em.and in that race kristin experienced her own fall for grace, and we two people vow to do our best for sports day :D

so we're in identical rocking boats.and i love it when sports bring people tgt :D

it wasnt just the two of us, there was my junior as well.of all things, i feel horrible for being such a lousy track senior.nic ran 1500 and got 5th, later crying her eyes out.i cant understand the crying, because when that happened to me, (only i got 4th), she didnt feel like crying, i just felt like damn angry at myself for being so complacent and so weak both up there and physical.so no, i didnt feel like crying at all.sigh, it's become a ritual for her i guess.she just HAS to cry after a race.and its bad :( thought she was planning to sprint the last round and catch up like clarissa did, but sigh.us lazy bums dont ever think of training, why should we expect to win yes?

right.im past my curfew, my eyes are tired.NIGHT.
