today was fun! :D CIP in the morning at Delta Senior School. it's a school for the intellectually disabled. generally, the kids are older than us, but of course, they act younger than us. heh.

well anyway, we had an "exhibition match" for them, where we just played for like 3 minutes? half court. 3 vs 3. they got EXTREMELY excited every time a goal was scored! haha very cute. and then, they had inter-class competition for captain's ball! so we stoned in the sun for FOUR hours and helped them keep score :D im dark now! YAY. we played one game with them though, and they are VERY rough :/ and some of the guys are really.. perverted. one guy kept walking past us and saying "hey girls" and then he'll raise his eyebrows and stuff :/ even his friend called him chi ko pek! HAHA.

had lunch with netballers at crystal jade! ate some .. funny noodles. there was SO MUCH OKAY. even two people couldn't finish :/ ms lim actually wanted to treat us, but we kinda stole her wallet and stuffed money inside. HEH! :P we are CHEEKY!

went back to school, and all of us fell asleep at the grandstand :/ THEN it started raining!! RAHH. all of us got wet so we had to move up to the canteen. where yaoen and jing fell asleep again. me and pauline went to play piano! :D then, hazel jing pauline and i started playing some stupid monkey games in the canteen!! ms winnie was like sitting there and laughing at us coz we weren't playing properly :/

training was.. well, tiring. we ran 6 sets of 800m sprints, each within 4 min. killer lah. naturally, i didn't survive it!! coz of my STUPID asthma >< gah. but neither did pauline and yaoen anyway. ball work was pretty okay. besides the fact that she made us do 5 sets of 50 passes, whacking it extremely hard, extremely fast, and she had the authority to make us stop whenever she was unhappy, make us sprint, and then make us START counting from the beginning AGAIN. my hand died.

did shooting after that! she made us shoot with ONE HAND! so weird. but it was okay. she told us what positions she was planning to put us in. she said me as backup shooter but she'll properly train me in defence! :D yay. BUT BUT BUT! she put jeanne as shooter :( i was SO looking forward to defending with her lah. but i have yaoen now anyway. it's okay!
