whee! training today was fun fun. coach wasn't here obviously. but stella joined us! extra pok. so we had to run 6 rounds for warm up instead! poof that girl. and she ran SUPER fast lah. so we were struggling to keep up with her. drills were okay, but stella just said outright that i have DEPROVED. and that my footwork isnt as good as it used to be in scgs. well at least she noticed it was good last time! :O haha. dont care her lah :D

she made us do the drills over and over till we got it right :/ that girl. she's like our second coach or something! and we had two mid-fielders today, and two shooters. and i was the ONLY defender. so i had to do all the defence, and i was like SUPER TIRED. and that stella still kept asking me "joey why arent you defending?" blah blah. but jeanne was real nice, and she let me slack towards the end. HAHA!

and i think all of us have been doing our side crunches wrongly. coz our necks always ends up hurting more than our abs do! weird.

OHHH YEAHH! we saw this SUPER CUTE DOG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! teacher brought it!! it's REALLY guai man :/ pictures!
