the course ppl are smart though.they made us tear out the carbon copy with the results on it, so we cant copy it :( sigh, shall just have to post the other results then.

im so not a C, which means stands for compliant, correct. general characteristics: accurate, analytical, conscientious... okayokay ive proven my point :D SO not me.

im a mix of the other 3 in the order ISD. most ppl have 2, some have 1 or 3.ahwell, im unique :D

D stands for dominant, and only pearlyn has it as most active.like 3% of the ppl in the world are like that.and it totally completely suits her, although at first i guessed she was a C.what with her flair for science and math, not so much humans, but still good at it luh.

direct, decisive :totally, she always tells me, YOU SUCK :( hahahaha.
for me, aileen said im quite frank.heh.shrug.

high ego strength:she's like aiming for 10 a1s, "because i can do it".whoa baby, but its not like blowing a trumpet too big for her, neither is she "clothed in borrowed robes" or whatever shakespearan crap, cuz shes rlly freaking smart.i just glanced at the ranking in the yearbook tdy, and she was third.whoa congrats.
for me: i totally have an ego.i need to draw on it in order to run X) like i'd think, i can beat her.and i will :D hahahhaa.too bad my ego always gets deflated when i get to nationals :(

places value on time: totally.the other time she was tutoring me for amath, she kept checking the time, telling me stuff like you took half an hour to eat your lunch!and i'd be like, oh really??hahaha.obviously so not true for me.

greatest fear: being taken advantage of. well if i were pearlyn and i had me for a lab partner i would so be afraid of that.i always end up following her instructions.heh.

I stands for influencing, inspiring.my strongest one. :D 11 ppl in our class were like that.lor mel daphne etc.coach said good thing theres not too many of us, like in cedar where like 75% of them are like that, because we contribute to the noise pollution :D hahhaha.

enthusiastic: totally me.

trusting, optimistic: totally me. im naive.

persuasive, talkative: totally me.uh, except for the persuasive part, im not too sure of that.persuade what huh.hahah.

impulsive, emotional: totally me.im freaking emo, though deb said that no way can i be emo.dear, you dont know that much about me.hahhaa.if not emo, sensitive luh.they're like about the same anw.impulsive?er.spontaneous more like.

im a creative problem solver, great encourager, motivates others to achieve, positive sense of humour, negotiates conflicts, peace maker. oookay.im not too sure about the last two points, more like i JOIN the conflict.HAHAHA.

possible weaknesses:more concerned with popularity than tangible results, inattentive to detail, overuses gestures and facial expressions (haha, totally), tends to listen only when its convenient.hmm.not true.im FORCED to listen when my parents scold me, and its terribly inconvenient for my ears.ahhaa.

S stands for stable, steady.

general characteristics: good listener, team player, possessive, steady, predictable, understanding, friendly.

hey i can rlly be a good listener! :D and talker :D team player, ooooh whats netball for.possessive, yeah sure i want that freaking ball.hahahhaa.urgency on the ball mam! steady.HMMM.that needs a lil thinking.predictable?well yeah i guess.heh.i shld patent myself man.all my actions, words, COMPLETELY UNIQUE, COMPLETELY ME.yeah baby. understanding?well not in terms of math and science definitely.friendly?hahhaa.well i guess NORMALLy i am, but sometimes being friendly can be rlly energy-zapping, esp if the person is some quiet dude.and you have to keep thinking of new topics all the time.ohwell, i guess its good practice for oral :D

value to team: reliable and dependable.heh X) loyal team worker: totally, i would spy for you :D compliant towards authority HMMMMMM.good listner, patient and empathetic.okay the patient part is so out, i cant even sit still for long.hahah.good at reconciling conflicts.that again.

possible weaknesses: resists change.takes a long time to adjust to change.holds a grudge, sensitive to criticism.difficulty establishing priorities. okay, last few points totally hit the nail on the head.idk if i hold a grudge though.sensitive to criticism.. depends on who it is.difficulty establishing priorites.. TOTALLY ME.hahaha.

greatest fear: loss of security.SO TRUE.okay.not greatest fear duh.but still.i want all my darlings close to my side.lol.

so according to my ISD, im a MOTIVATOR.oohlala.page twenty-six.

areas of improvement for an I:

-weigh the pros and cons before making a decision; be less impulsive
-be more results oriented (my mum would so disagree, she complains that i care too much about the final answer rather than learning process.what can you expect, shes a teacher.that was one reason why she wanted t take me out of gep)
-exercise control over your actions, words and emotions
-focus more on details and facts
-remember to slow down your pace for other team members (well yeah.netball.running.)
-talk less.listen more
-consider and evaluate ideas from other team members
-concentrate on following through with tasks (so true, i start major projects like cleaning my room and take forever to finish.i'd restart the project when i realise that all the dust i cleared is settling again and my nose is gonna start crying out for help)

the D part of me is the athlete apparently. determination.

for I, theres jobs like actors, administrators, arbitrators, auctioneers (who wants charlene: going once, going twice, BEEP.AUCTION STOPPED.SORRY GUYS, SHE AINT AVAILABLE :D:D), broadcasters (uh, it'll be a pain having to watch my enD consonanTS), coaches (i certainly do not want to be known as a wannabe puva), evangelist (:D!) teacher.yeah baby.

S: administrative assistants: supports for managers, managers, hairdressers/beauticians, CHILD CARE WORKERS (IM GOING TO PAT'S SCHOOL HOUSE!! :D:D)

C: joey's darling philosophers that i dont care about :D theres also teachers, which explains why some of them like fifi tan are the most freaking BORING people on earth :D not that C people are boring of course.heh.
