wow char. i dont whos who.. so i dont really know what you're talking about! :P

anyway, yf on sat. a few of us went earlier to help give out leaflets at gardens.. i did mine with megan, so we covered two lanes. it was fun!! their letterboxes are so cute and ancient :/ some houses had signs which said "beware of dogs" and i didnt dare go near any of those houses. neither did megan actually, so we had to go together, in case the dogs started barking. freaky! and we were perspiring by the time we got back! stupid megan.. her clock was ONE HOUR fast so she told me that yf was starting in a few mins, so we were rushing like crazy! and in the end, we had like one more hour. TSK!

for yf, we had outreach preparation.. had worship, watched some videos, then reflected on the videos, and shared our thoughts in groups! it was pretty interesting.. and reminded us that we had to step out of our comfort zones to befriend the newbies! it was a little awkward, coz when megan, alicia and i were sharing together, serene came over to join us. and she started talking about how we shouldnt keep in our cliques, but we must reach out instead.. and she said thats a very common problem currently happening in yf! and i think alicia and megan were also very aware that our the group of us are KINDA a clique too :P oops! okay we need to work on that. but alicia quickly mentioned that before yf, the three of us befriended this three new people who came! yayy. thats a start :)

sunday. this girl, marja, from doulous came to tell us more about her life in doulous! :) the sec 1 boys, sec 2 girls and j2 boys were there too. and after that, we taught the kindergarten kids again. attempted to teach them the tree song this week, but i doubt they got the actions :( OH WELL! it was fun anyway. had prayer and encouragement comm meeting straight after service.. but we didnt go for lunch first. so no time to slack around with the rest of them :( rahh!

and today. swimming in the morning! we swam MORE this time. like FINALLY! but it got a little tiring after a while. freestyle not easy! :S and this time we were allowed to TAKE OUR TIME and bathe in peace without having the teachers hurry us non stop. cherie and i shared soap and shampoo so we had a fun time throwing our bottles over the wall! haha super spastic. the two of us were the last people out! coz we were the last to start bathing AGAIN >< but at least the teachers were in a good mood, so they waited for us. esp ms winnie! she was like smiling and laughing all the way. weird. was supposed to go back to sch with cherie pauline and jingmin.. but training was cancelled. so i came straight home instead, and met my mum on the way for lunch. early lunch! :D
