swimming yesterday was fun! im kinda glad that cherie and i sneaked to the easier group which is learning how to swim freestyle! its so much slackier. we just blow bubbles, practice hand movements, swim a few laps and thats all! unlike the other group.. swim NON STOP! super tiring. but i just found out that like more than half the group already knows how to swim freestyle! haha. everyone is as smart as us. our instructor was commenting that our class has been increasing in size. and now theres 32 people!! but UNFORTUNATELY, our MEAN instructor decided to let us off late this time round. so by the time we finished, the toilet was packed with people alr, and we were running out of time! so once again, we had to resort to bathing in public at the shower beside the porday was fun! :) im kinda gladol, in our swimming costumes of course. not fun okay, with boys who sit there and feast their eyes -.- then after that, we got scolded by this uncle who said that our soap will go into the pool. and he said we'll make the floor soapy. and the moment he said that, this boy who happened to be walking past fell!! haha the uncle said the wrong thing. tsk.

we arent going to have training for the nxt 7 weeks. so ms winnie gave us a list of exercises to do.. yup yup. we're supposed to do it about 3 times a week? i did some just now!! and im feeling SATISFIED :D but my neighbours below probably got irritated with all the jumping and stuff. LOL. i added crunches and push ups myself! need to train :S oh and some extra stuff..

~ on every monday --> 45 min long run.
~ on every wednesday --> fartleks (two sets of two rounds)
~ on every friday --> 2.4km!

i MUST be disciplined! prove my mum wrong. when i told my mum about what i had to do, she said "you wont do it, coz you have no discipline." i shall prove her wrong! go joey! :D

teachers day celebrations today flopped. aces day was cancelled because of the rain, so we had to slack around until 830. then we had a few performances, and also some "activities" thingy for the teachers. our teachers werent sporting! they refused to go up. :( oh well. then we had pizza party after that, but the pizza was gross so i hardly ate anything. and then, the netball team met to prepare presents for the ms lims! chocolates and cards :)

after that, my mum brought me out for burger kings! just a random treat from her :D yayy. im in the holiday mood!!! :D
